In short Momentum is a five day event, aimed at students and those in their twenties. The event has a really strong Christian flavour, with main meetings and a seminar programme that attempt to help us work out how to follow Jesus throughout our whole lives. The point of it all is simple. Many of you have been with us at Soul Survivor throughout your teens. We've got to know some of you, seen you grow up, change and get settled into life. Basically, we like you and want the chance to hang out some more!

Soul Survivor has always been aimed at teenagers, and our primary calling is to inspire, equip and encourage young people to be sold out for Jesus. However, with Momentum we get the chance to take on a few of the tougher questions and spend a bit more time with the bible than we'd be able to with the normal Soul Survivor events. It's about relevance; you guys are older, many of you have left home and have major life questions concerning debt, careers, church, politics and beer. At Momentum we want to be able to have the space to look into these issues, spending time worshipping and learning from each other. Hopefully, you'll enjoy the week as much as we do.
