We think it is really important that you get involved in a local church. All of these churches are worth trying. We'd suggest going to to a few that seem like churches you would want to get involved in, but make sure that you settle in a church quickly, and get involved in service and fellowship at your church.

Bridge Christian Fellowship
Bridge Christian Fellowship is a Family Church in Southampton. We meet at
Central Baptist Church, Polygon. We meet every week, and occasionally with
other congregations in the area for prayer and worship. We are part of
Churches Together in Shirley and District (CTiS) and the Southampton
Christian Network (SCN), formally known as SEA. Our meetings are fairly
informal with creative worship, interactive bible teaching, prayer and often
food! We also run midweek homegroups and monthly Men's Prayer Breakfast
Meetings. Our student population has increased dramatically over the last
few years, and it now accounts for over 10% of Bridge. There is a vibrant
student atmosphere, and our students are looked after and encouraged. Hope
