We think it is really important that you get involved in a local church. All of these churches are worth trying. We'd suggest going to to a few that seem like churches you would want to get involved in, but make sure that you settle in a church quickly, and get involved in service and fellowship at your church.

Calvary Chapel Southampton
We are an evangelical, non-denominational family church that is part of the Calvary Chapel movement, an international fellowship of churches. Characteristic of all Calvary's is their focus on modern worship and verse-by-verse Bible study.
As such, our meetings are informal with modern worship songs and practical bible teaching. Afterwards we spend time in fellowship, encouraging each other and eating lunch together.
We meet every Sunday at 10:30 am at Great Oaks School, Vermont Close, Bassett. (U6 Uni link Bus)
During the week we also have home fellowship groups called "Life Groups" - in Bassett, Shirely, Bitterne, Chandler's Ford and Swayling.
