Church Directory
We think it is really important that you get involved in a local church. All of these churches are worth trying. We'd suggest going to to a few that seem like churches you would want to get involved in, but make sure that you settle in a church quickly, and get involved in service and fellowship at your church.
Once you are settled, you may want to find a mentor at your church. Go to the mentoring page for more information, and a list of contacts.
St Mark's Church
St Mark's Church
St. Mark's is an evangelical, gently charismatic Anglican Church. We are friendly, welcoming, informal and growing. Our worship is usually lively (when it is not reflective) and all preaching and teaching is Bible-based. Our mission is to 'Share God's Love in Word and Action' and our desire is for people to know God's Word and the personal presence of the Holy Spirit to shape, direct and equip their lives so that they can be effective witnesses in the world.
There are opportunities to get involved in a variety of ways including the music and worship groups, youth clubs, our local junior school, young church, pastoral visiting, publicity and so on.
Home groups meet each week.
