Cell Groups

Hall Cells

Hall cells are for those living in university halls of residence. They meet for Bible study, worship, prayer and have a focus on evangelism. Through Hall cells we want to equip people to share with others the good news about Jesus and to grow in their relationship with Him. Being in Halls of residence is a great opportunity. Hall cells are in a unique position to bless the halls, and to make Jesus' name known. If you're in halls, but not in a hall cells yet, then email one of the leaders of your nearest group and get involved! A list of email addresses can be found at the bottom of this page.

House Cells

House cells are for those living outside of halls of residence. They usually meet in the homes of the cell group leaders, and are basically small Bible study groups. The aim of house cells is to equip people to tell others about Jesus and to grow in their relationship with Him. We grow in our relationship with Jesus by learning more about Him, and talking with Him.

Each week in cell groups we study a passage from the Bible, and spend time praying about what we have learnt, and about other matters in our lives. In this way we can get to know Jesus more and more, and become more like Him. By meeting in small groups and sharing our experiences of telling those around us the good news about Jesus, we are able to encourage each other to reach those around us.

The evangelism that we do in house cells is not the same as in halls, and so we focus on praying for our friends, and equipping and encouraging each other to show Jesus to them in our everyday lives.
